Return Policy

Returns & Refunds Policy

At TAHOE TRADING LIMITED, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • The item is not a final sale or non-returnable item (e.g., clearance, intimate apparel, customized products).


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at 📧 tahoehk@outlook.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Product name(s) to return

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photo(s) of the product (if damaged or defective)

We will provide you with the return instructions and shipping address after your request is approved.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Undergarments or swimwear

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items returned without prior authorization
